Founded in Webster. Focused on our future.

We power lawn care with quiet electric tools to protect our air, our health, our environment, and our climate.

Hi, I’m Mike — founder of Webster Electric, Old Webster neighbor, and dad of two young boys. This is a new venture built on a simple idea: lawn care can be quiet, clean, and climate-friendly, without sacrificing quality. I’m proud to be Webster Groves’ first fully electric lawn care service — no gas, no noise, no fumes. Since this is the very beginning, you won’t find a long trail of reviews (yet). What you will find is a lot of thought, a deep commitment to doing things right, and the kind of care that only comes from working directly with your neighbors. Thanks for considering giving something new a try and making our neighborhood a little more tranquil. I’d be honored to have a chance to earn your trust.

Our equipment

Commercial-grade. All electric.

Every tool on our trailer runs on battery — using the professional EGO platform, paired with a truck that's as clean as the work we do.

EGO T6 riding mower

Commercial zero-turn with a 42" deck. Handles larger properties quickly and quietly — no gas, no fumes.

EGO push mower

Self-propelled for tighter spaces, slopes, and detail work around beds and borders.

Ford F-150 Lightning & trailer

All-electric truck and enclosed trailer. Zero tailpipe emissions from our driveway to yours.

What's different about our approach

We care about more than just the grass.

Two practices that set us apart — not as marketing, but as the way we actually work.

Wildlife-aware mowing

Before every mow, we walk the property to check for rabbit nests, toads, and other small animals that shelter in tall grass — especially common in spring and early summer.

It adds a few minutes to every visit. We think that's worth it. Our neighborhoods are shared ecosystems, and a lawn service that shows up with care should act like it knows that.

This matters most April through July, during peak nesting season in Webster Groves.

Leaves: a fall asset, a spring cleanup

Most services bag every leaf on sight. We take a different view in the fall — leaves left in beds and low-traffic areas provide critical overwintering habitat for native bees, beetles, and other beneficial insects that support a healthy lawn and ecosystem come spring.

That said, not everything decomposes cleanly. Come spring, we'll clear out what didn't break down over winter so your yard starts the season fresh. The right approach for each part of your yard — we'll always talk it through with you first.

Our fall leaf service focuses on mulching into beds where it benefits the soil; bagging where it makes sense for your lawn's health.
